Plan:
In our first media lesson, our group decided to base our music magazine on rock, with some moderate elements of Pop, R'n'B, Indie & Classical music. We then decided on a name, which our magazine would be called. After many attempts, we came up with: 'ROCKA beatz'. Our task was to do a front cover each, so we ended up choosing a sub genre for each person. For instance, Wing decided to do his front cover on 'Indie' rock; Aziza decided to do her front cover on 'R'n'B' rock; Elaine decided to do her front cover on 'Classical' rock; and I decided to do my front cover on 'Pop' rock. Although our topics are all different, we each had to relate our genres back to rock, so that our main genre would still be rock. This appealed to our target audience as the rock type!
